Allen J. Denison

Allen J. Denison is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry. He is educated and experienced in areas of primary eye care, contact lenses, treatment and management of eye disease, and low vision. Because of personal experience with contact lenses and dry eyes, these are areas of particular interest. Dr. Denison also serves in numerous volunteer positions with his church and enjoys spending time with his family.


Judith Lane Ransberger

Dr. Judith Lane Ransberger received her Doctor of Optometry in 1987 from University of California, Berkeley. Her internships included specialty clinics in Contact lenses, Infant and Children's Vision, and General Optometry. She is a member of the Visalia Charter Oak Lions Club, and resides in Visalia with her husband and three children.


Meet Your Optical Staff

Janice Tharp

Janice Tharp grew up in California and graduated from a local Fresno high school. After completing over 15 years of schooling, she took a position as an Optical Lab Tech and eventually earned her way to Lab Manager.

Continuing over the next 18 years as an Optician and an Optical Manager, she earned her certification with the American Board of Opticianary. Janice joined Eye Surgical & Medical Associates as the Optical Manager in 1999 and resides here in Visalia. Janice loves to spend time with her two daughters, Kristy and Michelle. And in her spare time she enjoys working with special needs children and has attended many Special Olympic functions.
